How to Pack Trophy Shelf

Dust off trophy shelf with duster. Make sure no marks, nails, sticker marks or dings exist. Clean insert just like you would for a Medal Holder. (How to Clean a Medal Holder Insert)

Match product to order form. Look for any touch ups that need done.

Tape order form to 20x10x8 box and add Fragile sticker

Pull on piece of 12x24 bubble and lay bubble down on table with insert face down on top.

Tape with 1 piece of tape.

Place in middle of 20x8 cardboard backer and tape to cardboard.

Flip over and tape bubble to back of cardboard.

Add coupon and tape hardware baffie to front of cardboard.

Pull 2 sheets (2 perforations) of 12x16 bubble and lay on table longways, slightly overlapping and tape together.

Lay shelf on overlap in the middle.

Fold front of bubble up and back bubble over and tape.

Fold sides over and tape.

Place insert in box pushed up against one side.

Slide trophy shelf in up against insert.

Add 2-3 full sheets of crumpled paper in the area between box and shelf.

Seal tape to tape. Shake box to see if anything moves. If you hear movement open box and add more paper.
