How to clean and assemble Medal Holders
Peel the masking from the lasered insert.
Use vinegar to clean the burnt laser marks from the insert.
*On white inserts after you use the vinegar, use alcohol to clean the yellow left behind. This makes is easier for the white paint to cover it up. Alcohol can give the surface a different texture so use sparingly.
If there are any wood specks stuck on insert, wet with vinegar and then use razor blade to scrape off. Vinegar seems to loosen the wood.
If you need to touch up paint, use a q-tip and corresponding color to touch up paint.
Look for any white areas on edges of insert and fill those in with a black sharpie.
Look at the order form to find what color base they have ordered. Find the appropriate base under the table in the crate. Right side is 10" and the Left side is 20".
This order wants Kona.
