20" jig
12" jig
Grab a painted sheet from the cabinet
Take it to the masking table and give it a sand with the same color sandpaper
roll out the masking tape and lay the painted sheet colored side down and cut the tape
Flip it back and scrape all the air bubbles out
Place the masked sheet into the correct jig and use the clips to hold it in place if the sheet is uneven. Fold down the bottom handle of the clips to allo it to lay flat in the laser
This is not what you want.
Place the jig in the laser and slide it into the corner the feet of the jig should hit the sides of the honeycomb. The Clip handles can be touching the side if that helps line it up better just make sure its all still in frame.
Load the File if you haven't already. Double click the red cut layer
Click parameter library and select "Revolutionary Ply Cut" and click ok
download and name the file. then autofocus and frame the file to make sure its all lined up.
Press start and watch it laser for a few seconds before walking away from the laser.
Time: 5-15 mins Depending on the file.
