Roundover Wine Stave Serving Tray Handles

This process should be done concurrently with machining Stave Serving Tray Handles.

Time Standard: 75 minutes

Remove the handle from the blank by first pushing the grooved side down through the frame.  Pushing in this order reduces the chance of chip out on the handle. 

Then push the inside of the handle down from the non-grooved side of the frame.  Pushing in this order reduces the chance of chip out on the handle. 

The roundover bit should be set to ~0.72"

Roundover all edges of the inside and outisde of the handle except the bottom edge under the groove as indicated in red.
