Packing Wine Stave Serving Tray

Make sure product and order form match.  Check for any touchups that need to be done. 

Tape order form to 24x14x4 box. 

Rip 1 piece of bubble that is 5 perforations long and lay bubble side up on table. 

Lay tray on top of bubble and put a coupon on the tray. If there’s a gift note, put it with the coupon. 

Fold bubble over tray.  NO tape.  Place in box. Tuck bubble between handle and box on both ends so tray doesn't move side to side in box.

Seal box tape to tape.  Shake box to make sure nothing moves.  If you hear movement, open box and add paper or adjust bubble.
