Machining Stave Serving Tray Bases

Put on appropriate wasteboard with proper gasketing.

Turn on vacuums and zero 1/8" Compression Bit to the wasteboard.

Place sheet of 5mm Revolution Ply on the wasteboard, aligned to be square with the front left corner.

When you turn the vacuum on, climb on top/walk around the edges pushing them down to make sure it is held in place.

If the Revolution Ply is wavy, you might have to flip it over to get the vacuum to hold it down. If neither side works, set the sheet aside.

Run the file. Either Stave Serving Tray Bases V1 or Stave Serving Tray Bases V2. 

Mark the appropriate color on with a SMALL line/dot in the center of the back (less pink side) in pencil.   Red for V1, Black for V2 

Vacuum both sides of the bases to get any hairies off and to get dust off of the surface before it is poly-ed.
