Batch Size: N/A

Time Standard: N/A

Put the 4x8' MDF wasteboard on the hulk, and place another sheet of 1/2" MDF on top. Leave a lip at the front to zero to.
Insert the proper bit and zero to wasteboard (file will tell you which bit to use first).
Zero to the waste-board.
File will run until it needs next bit. Change the bit to whichever it says.  The standard order of bits is as follows:
  1. 1/4" Compression
  2. 3/8" Keyhole
  3. 1/8" Compression

Pull state off of the CNC. Throw the rectangle cutout away.  Really small parts (Hawaiian Islands, Rhode Island, etc.) will likely have tabs, be careful removing them without cutting the tabs.

If there are hairies on any edges, use 220 grit sandpaper to gently remove them by hand.  Pay special attention the the area around the picture opening.

Use the brush attachment (this photo is wrong) to vacuum off the states.  Give a light knock on the back to get the dust out of the keyholes.
