Assembling State Frames for packing
Check the state's surface and edges are Dry and Fully Painted.
No Scratches or Other Paint Color
(RTP does not have painted edges)
Place the state Paint Down on the Foam table.
Place a Glass pane and Cardboard Backer in the Frame.
(The Bigger hole in the hanging holes indicate the Bottom)
Put 2 Points in the Inside Rectangle to hold Cardboard Down. Squeeze the Bar to the Top to Fire
Points should NOT:
Done on Thin Side
Break through to other side
Close to Hanging holes
Be Flimsy and Fall out if bent
Identify State and Grab 1 of Cardboard that fits Size Category
Unsure What Kind? Look at the Chart below.
Place State to Fully be On Cardboard and use ~1” Cut Foam from circle discs to Secure State In Place. Tape double hardware baggies to cardboard.
Pull Bubble based on size.
12" state gets 12 inch bubble.
16" state gets larger bubble.
Lay Flat/smooth side of Bubble on state so it covers all of the front and bubble.
Tape bubble to the cardboard. Pulling slightly for a tight fit.
