How to Cut Corkboards
Your guide for how to machine corkboards.
Adjust gasketing as needed and place waste-board on Hulk.
Align cork to the black phenolic on the Hulk. Turn on vacuum and screw cork to the waste-board using 1/2" screws. (Generally keep screws to edges and corners of the cork).

Load the file:
Production>States>Corkboards>Cut Files

Put the 1/8" compression bit in (Tool #3) and Zero to the CNC bed, while vacuum pumps are on.
Turn on vacuum and screw cork to the waste-board using 1/2" screws. (Generally keep screws to edges and corners of the cork).
Run the file. When completed, remove a single screw and feel the back of the cork to make sure it cut all the way through. *
If there is room for at least one more state, label the bottom left corner with the name of the file that you ran. This will help you when you run a state in the leftover spot.

Remove corkboard from CNC and cut the tabs using the oscillating tool.

Sometimes the cork won't cut all the way through and you've already removed the sheet from the CNC.
Use the small dremel tool to cut through, following the path from the top of the cork.

Use a wire brush and/or any sandpaper to remove all hairies from the state, and take to state packing area when finished.
