How to Pack 12" Medal/Key Holders
NOTE: Take all photos VERTICALLY on your phone. Horizontally (usually) does not work with formatting.
Match product to order form. Check for touchups.
Grab 16 inch bubble wrap, cut into thirds (should already be some cut) and place over name area, bubble side up/smooth side down and tape both sides.
Tape double hardware baggie to front of bubble.
Lay bubbled MH/KH on 12x6 cardboard backer on tissue paper and slide a coupon under cardboard.
Fold 1-2” of tissue paper onto itself and then fold up over pegs.
Fold top edge down and tape to bottom edge on backside.
Fold sides neatly and tape to back.
Place in box facing up.
Seal box tape to tape. Shake box to make sure nothing moves. If you hear movement, open box and add paper.
