How to Machine Medal Holder Bases
First make sure you are using the right Offset for Medal Holders: Frank Offsets
Set up the proper jig (there is a 12" and a 20", they are labeled).
Align the jig to be square with the bed of Frank.

Load the medal holders into the jig, hammering the wedges in place to be tight.
The 20" jig holds 16 bases, the 12" jig holds 21.

Load the proper file. Make sure you pick the right size, and that the file says "BASES."

Unload the bases, stack in new crate, and vacuum out jig.
