How to Cut Medal Holder Bases

Set the miter saw fence to 20" or 12" (depends which base you are cutting).

Use the following diagram to help with cuts. The production manager should tell you which base we need more of.

Always use a short piece of 1/2" MDF as a backer behind the cut so that the wood does not tear out and leave splintered ends.
