How to Pack 4 MJH w/Jars

Match order form to the product. Quickly look for any touch ups that need to be done.

Tape order form to 20x14x10 box and add a fragile sticker.

Place jars as normal in 2 of the 4 MJH using foam and cardboard between the jars.

In the other 2 MJH, wrap 6 jars in tissue and place in box with folded cardboard between jars and box to hold jars in place.

Wrap 4 remaining jars in 12 inch bubble. Lay jar diagonally in the corner of 12 inch bubble.

Roll jar to opposite corner and tape.

Fold down bubble over the bottom of the jar and tape.

Tuck excess bubble in the top opening of the jar. Now your jars are ready to be safely packed.

Place one of the foamed packed MJH in the box with a ½ sheet of folded paper on the outside of the box.

Place the other foam packed MJH beside the first MJH. Add ½ sheet of folded paper to the outside of that MJH.

Place 3rd MJH in box on it’s side. (*There should be paper between all the MJH so they don’t rub/scratch each other.)

Shove 1 full sheet of paper on each end to keep boxes from moving.

Fold a ½ sheet of paper and place on top of the MJH that is on it’s side. Then place your 4th MJH on top of that. Add more paper to the ends of the 4th box.

Crumple 2 full sheets of paper over MJH in box. Lay the 4 bubbled jars on top of the crumpled paper.

Pack paper all around jars so they are well protected and nothing moves. Continue filling the box with packing paper.

Seal box tape to tape. Shake box and listen for any movement or jar rattling. If you hear movement, open box and add more paper.
