Machining Bourbon Barrel Coasters

Clamp the drill guide to the bourbon barrel chunk. Make sure the coasters will fit.
Drill through the bourbon chunk with a 5/16" drill bit.
Do this either over the edge of the table, or on a scrap piece of wood so you don't damage the bit or the table.
Do this for 3 chunks.

HAND-TIGHTEN the bolts into the square machining jig. Just get them started with your hand.
Set the drill to torque setting 8. Tighten the bolts.
Align the Coaster/Charcuterie Hulk Jig to the CNC. The left side should be against the aluminum rail, the front should be in line with the black phenolic bed.
Place the coaster square jig into it's pocket and clamp it down.
Insert bit 41 (1/4" Downcut) and WITH VACUUM ON, zero to the holding jig (where the bourbon parts are sitting)
Run the file.
