How to Pack Barrel Round Serving Trays/Lazy Susan

Match to product to the order form.  Look for any touchups that need to be done. 

Tape order form to 24x24x4 box 

Pull 2 sheets of 4 perforations from the bubble roll and lay on table in a + formation. 

Lay Barrel Round in middle of bubble with the handles at a diagonal.  Add a coupon. 

Fold one layer of bubble over the round and tap 

Fold the bottom layer of bubble over and tape. 

Place Barrel Round in box.  If it is a lazy susan place it upside down.  Stuff 1 sheet of paper on each side if there is space between box and Round. If it is a larger wine I push it to one side so I only need paper on 2 sides.  Bourbons are smaller and will usually need paper on all 4 sides.

Add brown paper to fill box so round doesn't move up and down.

Seal tape to tape.  Shake box and listen for movement.  If you hear movement, open box and add more paper on top or sides.
