How to Glue Barrel Rounds Together
For flat but falling apart rounds.
Pull on the barrel round (sometimes it will fall apart without pulling).
Anywhere that is very loose, take fully apart and lay out the pieces in order.
Put a bead of glue on the edge of the piece, where it will connect. Be generous but not wasteful.
Put the pieces together. For tongue and groove, it helps to slide them in from one end (SHOWN BELOW)
Tap the glued pieces together on the ground, or use a hammer to make sure the pieces are well put together.
Wipe off excess glue from top and bottom of round. Stack rounds on top of each other as you go, criss-crossing the direction of the pieces.
