Injuries and Workers Comp Claims

In the event of an injury or illness common, First Aid items are stocked on the shelves between the two bathrooms, if we are low please notify a supervisor who can purchase replacements

If someone is injured, notify a manager immediately. They will then follow the procedure outlined below.

• All required paperwork is in the manilla envelope on the top First Aid shelf.
